This experience comprises a blend of both local and global management experience. The leadership team is responsible for setting strategy and managing the day-to-day operations of the business.

Zuhair Hamzah has 30 years of experience working in various sectors, including city planning and real estate development of resident industrial and tourism projects.
He started his career at Parsons Saudi Arabia, moving on to the Royal Commission of Jubail and Yanbu. Later, he worked at the Dallah Al Baraka Group responsible for international and local real estate projects, then went on to become the CEO of Tamlik. He holds a Master’s degree in public administration specializing in urban
design from Harvard University and a B.A. degree in city and urban planning from the University of Louisiana in USA.

Mr. Souki has Master degree in Business Administration for Lebanese American University in Beirut, and brings to the group over 18 years of experience in Auditing , Financial Analysis, and Real Estate Development and Investment. Mr.Souki worked at several international and local organizations, of which mainly KPMG, MenaCapital, Tamlik and AlBani Real Estate Developer
