Saleh Salem Bin Mahfouz

In addition to chairing SEDCO Development's Board, Mr. Saleh Bin Mahfouz is also Chairman of SEDCO Holding, Nahdi Medical company, Al Mahmal Real Estate Development Company, Al Mahmal Trading Company, and Red Sea Markets Company. He also serves on the boards of Al Balad Alameen Development & Urban Regeneration Company and Yanbu Cement.
Mr. Saleh graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Dhahran.

Mr. Yaser gained his international experience working in the LaSalle Investment Management, London where he was managing a portfolio of UK Real Estate.
Yaser Saleh Bin Mahfouz

Mr. Yaser is a Deputy Managing Director of Methak Investment Holding Company. He is also a board member of both Arabian Tarfeeh Co., Ltd. and Methak Holding company, as well as being a member of the investment committee of SEDCO Holding Group.
Mr. Yaser gained his international experience working in the LaSalle Investment Management, London where he was managing a portfolio of UK Real Estate.
Yaser holds Master degrees in Financial Markets and Derivatives from London Metropolitan University as well as in Property Valuation and Law from Cass Business School, City University, London. After graduating from Clark University in Business Management in 2000, Mr. Yaser completed internships with a few internationally recognized managers such as Wellington Management in Boston, Rockefeller in New York and Crosslink in San Francisco before joining Jefferson Partners in Toronto, Canada, as a Research Analyst.

Zuhair Hamzah

Zuhair Hamzah has 30 years of experience working in various sectors, including city planning and real estate development of resident industrial and tourism projects.
He started his career at Parsons Saudi Arabia, moving on to the Royal Commission of Jubail and Yanbu. Later, he worked at the Dallah Al Baraka Group responsible for international and local real estate projects, then went on to become the CEO of Tamlik. He holds a Master’s degree in public administration specializing in urban
design from Harvard University and a B.A. degree in city and urban planning from the University of Louisiana in USA.

Mr. Ibrahim was a board member of some of the Saudi construction companies and Board & executive committee member Saudi/ French Consulate & Saudi/Kazakhstan Business Consulate.
Mr. Ibrahim holds a Bachelor of economic and political science from Cairo University in Egypt.

Mr. Ibrahim has 32 years career record in Management within the corporate environment, with a focus on bottom line results.
He held several executive positions in major Saudi companies such as: Amiantit Group, Saudi Cable Company, National Organization for Promoting Non-Oil Export – and Petromin, National Company for oil and gas.
Mr. Ibrahim was a board member of some of the Saudi construction companies and Board & executive committee member Saudi/ French Consulate & Saudi/Kazakhstan Business Consulate.
Mr. Ibrahim holds a Bachelor of economic and political science from Cairo University in Egypt.

Sadek Owainati
Board Member
He has extensive experience in various fields of the construction industry and has been responsible for implementing landmark residential projects, luxury hotels, shopping centers, office buildings and industrial projects, including 11 years with the oil industry at ADNOC and Adma - Opco in Abu Dhabi.
Dr.Owainati gained his international experience working in the Middle East, UK, USA and Canada and his rich career spanning over 4 decades includes academic research, university lecturer, consulting engineer, technical expert to the World Bank on environmental topics, a senior executive of a leading contracting company and as advisor on sustainable developments.
Dr.Owainati is a recognized leader in the Middle East of green buildings and sustainable developments and received the 2012 World GBC Chairman's Award. He is co-Founder and Honorary Board Member of Emirates Green Building Counciland has assisted in the formation of green building councils in Qatar, Jordan, Lebanon, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.
Dr.Owainati graduated as civil engineer from the University of Baghdad in 1966, and received his MSc in engineering from the University of Manchester, and was awarded in 1973 his doctoral degree from the Imperial College, London. Dr. Owainati has been a Non-Executive Director of SEDCO Development since 2010.

Mr. Bazzi holds an MBA and MSc in Finance from Concordia University in Canada. He has also earned a BSc in Computer Science from the Lebanese American University in Lebanon. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, and a Certified Professional Director by the Mudara Institute of Directors.
Rami Bazzi

Mr. Bazzi brings to the Group more than 20 years of experience in investments and strategy accrued at several international and regional reputable organizations.
Mr. Bazzi started his career with the Royal Bank of Canada, followed by stints at Deloitte Consulting, Litat Group, and Injazat Capital, where he assumed senior executive roles.

His extensive investment experience covers sectors such as healthcare, petrochemicals, ICT, retail, financial services, real estate, and hospitality. Mr. Bazzi returns to the Group from the Zubair Corporation, where he worked as Chief Operating Officer and was responsible for the Group’s investment activities.

Hattan Tasji

Eng. Tasji comes with more than 12 years of experience in investments with a special focus on real estate. His extensive experience covers Saudi and global markets and he has many initiatives in Islamic structuring, corporate strategy, and portfolio management.
Eng. Tasji has served throughout his professional career for several companies starting from Eimar Arabia, SEDCO Capital, Alkabeer Capital and lastly, prior joining SEDCO Holding, for Anfaal Capital as Head of Asset Management.
Eng. Tasji holds an MBA degree from Cardiff Business School and a bachelor degree in CIS Engineering from NED University. He is a licensed profession under the Saudi Arabian Capital Market Authority (“CMA”) and sets in different boards, panels, and committees.
